Each active project is its own subscription. Wind down a project — cancel that subscription. Cost follows your workload, not your headcount.

Month-to-month billing with a 3-month minimum. Projects have a natural end — your contract should too.

Common questions
What counts as a project?
Any distinct scope of work with its own component register — a construction project, a commissioning phase, a facility. If it has its own project number, it's a project in KnowY.
Can I run multiple projects?
Yes — each project has its own subscription. Run one or twenty, and only pay for what's active. Users can be members of multiple projects at no extra cost.
How are users managed?
Project administrators invite users by email and assign access down to individual components. There is no user limit — add every stakeholder who needs visibility.
Where does my data live?
KnowY uses a split deployment model — the engine runs on Ontoteq servers, your project files remain in your domain. Ask us for the full technical setup.
Is there a pilot option?
Yes. We typically start with a scoped pilot on a real project — 4–8 weeks, hands-on with your actual data. Get in touch and we'll scope one together.
What if I need a custom arrangement?
Framework agreements, multi-project packages, and reseller arrangements are all possible. Talk to us — the per-project model is the default, not the only option.
